About Me- Christopher Smith
For those of you who don’t know me my name is Christopher Smith also known as Chrissyfer to my dancer friends, Chris (which I mostly use) and also Mr. Generic. I am currently and undergraduate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute pursuing a dual degree in Science and Technology Studies and Psychology with a minor in Geology. At RPI besides being a student I am the President of the Swing Club and also a Building Supervisor at the Student Union.
I have great interest in the dance world revolving around Lindy Hop, Blues and Charleston therefore this blog of mine is a spot for me to express my own opinions concerning dance events, competitions, dancers, bands, DJs and my own development and experiences as a dancer. I do hope to also include some other forms of dance such as Jazz and Tap which I hope to learn in the upcoming year.
There will also be the throwing in of random posts concerning my life, my pet hedgehog Hiccup and whatever else I am contemplating.

No problem I saw your blog through a mutual friends and liked what I read. RPI is an enjoyable school and I am happy that I chose to come here otherwise I may have never started dancing in the first place
